All elements displayed on this website—including but not limited to logos, seals, insignias, document formats, templates, digital license graphics, certificate designs, and registry identifiers—are the intellectual property of the EU Global Professional Registry (EUGPR), and are protected under international treaties concerning institutional identity, fraud prevention, and intellectual property protection.

Use, reproduction, modification, redistribution, imitation, or incorporation of these symbols or visual identifiers—whether in physical, digital, or derivative form—without prior written authorization from EUGPR is strictly prohibited.

Any individual or entity found to be in unauthorized possession or use of these materials may be prosecuted under the provisions of the European Union Intellectual Property Enforcement Directive (2004/48/EC), the EU Trademark Regulation (2017/1001), and applicable provisions of the Council of Europe Convention on Cybercrime.
